Default ICE (two stroke) modelling in Fluent

I am doing CFD for Internal Combustion in a two stroke engine, and I am wondering if any body have an idea which Combustion model is preferable, Species Transport or Premixed Combustion. Advantages and disadvantages...

Can you explain your problem statment in a bit detail. If possible can u send mesh file.
