Dear All I make a 2D simulation of gear pump as you know the two gears rotate with 2000 RPM ie 33.33 RPS and the boundary condition for inlet is 30 PSI and 3500PSI for outlet my problem that when i do the iteration of my case to 100000 time step and MAX number of iteration per time step is 1 to get 1 sec. because my time step size is 1e-5 then when i finish the iteration (take 12 hour to finish ) the velocity vector appear from outlet to inlet is that correct this is the first ,2nd that is this correct " in gear pump simulation the gear teeth should not touch each other" Thanks Mustafa.
