Default the area of drop patché

hi all
i realy nead your help ;

I have a drop then I patched this drop.
my problem is how can I find the patched surface of the drop over time given that this surface changes .. I use fluent.

Hi,
separate your marked region, in this case you can trace that. (grid->separate)

but i do not understannd !!!!!!!!!my problem
i have this function I = 1 - (area of the drop) and I want to display it in fluent .
my idea write costum field function but i can'not find the area drop in fluent
