Hi Guys,

I am doing my masters thesis on Hydrodynamic effects of submerged ice blocks.
Is it possible to model a submerged ice ,moving up solely due to the effect of buoyancy, and hitting a floating structure (steel)

I want to study the hydrodynamic behavior of ice as it moves and collide with the floating structure. Momentum transferred to structure during collision and added mass of the ice.

If anyone has worked in this area using Fluent. Please let me know.

Thanks.
