Default EDEM Particle Sim (wrong place - i know)

Hi, I'm wondering if one of you has been working with EDEM Simulation. I'm setting up my model with spherical granular particles streaming by gravity in a steel case. Whenever a particle is touching a steel wall, it seems to be accelerated to extrem velocity and ist just disappearing. So when touching the bottom, no particle is left in a closed up box. I set up the boundaries just on standard, using steel and coal e.g. Contact model ist hertz-mindlin and frictional paramters around 0.5. I have no clue what the mistake may be! Feel free to help me!!

Thanx!

Chris
