SELECTING TIME STEP SIZE, NUMBER OF TIME STEP

I am doind one simulation of room air flow analysis using segregated solver, k-epsilon model. d-o model, and two species in which I want to use unsteady solution. For that what will be the best TIME STEP SIZE, NUMBER OF TIME STEP to get better results.The velocity at inlet is 5m/s and within the room is at say average 0.5m/s.

please help me. Thank you in advance.

Hi,
Time step calculation depends on physical time and physical model can you send your geometry details for better understanding
