Dump-combustor

I have to simulate a 2-D dump-combustor.
The chamber is about 100mm long and 25mm wide.
I followed tutorial-11's example.

Turbulent: k-eps standard
Species: finite-rate/eddy dissipation
Materials: cp mixture... density:ideal gas

boundary condition
------------------
a single inlet: mass-flow with fuel-oxider @ supersonic/gauge pressure 15 atm (anyway my flux is subsonic)
outlet: pressure outlet 1 atm

operative condition: 0 atm

Initialize
--------
from-all zones and I raise T to 2000 K.

Limits
-----
T max 4000 K

It doesn't converge.
I don't know my setting in Fluent is wrong or I use a bad mesh.

How many nodes should I use?
I usually use 'map' mesh with 0.2mm interval.
