In the main menu of FLUENT, Define - Model - Solver, in "Porous Formulation" there are two options: Superficial Velocity and Physical Velocity.

Will this option affect the simulation result (the momentum equation to be solved), or it just affects the values of velocity (superficial or physical to be displayed) when postprocessing?

Thank you!
