Question Submarged body simulation in Fluent 6.3.26

Hi
I Want to simulate a submarine in Fluent and calculate the drag with the velocity 1 m/s. Please help me in this subjects:
1- Wich is better? submarine is a Moving wall and Fluid is Stationary, OR Define a velocity inlet and an outlet ????
2- Which boundry condition is better for Farfield? Symetry , Wall, Velocity inlet or ....????
3- which part of the model is better for refrence values? (body, inlet , farfield or ...)
4-Other advises for simulation
