vapor transport through membrane pores
 

Hi,
I have to simulate the heat and mass transfer when vapor passes through membrane pores.it is a phenomena under membrane distillation process. This vapor will be generated as a result of evaporation from hot water.and this vapor will travel through the membrane on the other side where there is a cold surface to produe condensate. as a newbie in FLUENT can I get some ideas on where to start? like how to link the evaporation caused by difference in partial pressure between the hot and the cold side?
