Fluent - batch file - avoiding questions

Hi,

I have been running a series of jobs in batch mode. For this I have created a journal file and at the end, one of the steps is to write a .txt file of the force.

As soon as Fluent comes to this step of the journal, it asks if the file needs to be appended to an already existing file and unless I answer this, the process does not go forward.

I do not know how to avoid this question, as I want the entire process to be automatic. Does anyone have any suggestions to overcome this?

There is an option in Fluent, where overwriting is automatically done for batch jobs. But this question is not about overwriting, its about appending. Hence I am not able to avoid it.

Thanks,
Karthik

In my experience, a simple line with "yes" or "no" (without quotes)
will do the job
