Dear Teymour,

Thank you very much for your kind help with regard to virtual blade model in ansys.

I wanted to ask you what exactly is the function of "trimming" in the rotor panel that one can find after compiling and building the udf?

Thank you for your reply in advance.

To best of my knowledge that is an option for simulation of helicopter or other blades that are not stiff and has more complex motion along the blade span.

For stiff blades we just simply did not use it.

For more details I would refer you to the original help manual of VBM on simulation of helicopter blades.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for your kind response.

May I know what exactly is this 'original help manual'?

Is this the note book on git hub you have posted?

Hello,

I don't know if it's too late but I'm just getting started on VBM for my final project. Would you mind sending me the tutorial please... My email is thinh@neuralmetrics.net.

Many thanks.

Hi, would like to enquire if it is possible for this original help manual to be sent to me as well!
May I get your email if it is possible?

Thanks in advance!
