body has to move in positive and negative x-direction (UDF?)

hi,

i have the following problem:

1) gas flows through an inlet vertically down on a rectangular surface. surface and inlet are 2mm apart from each other.

2) now, the rectangular surface is supposed to move in positive x just out of the inlet region and then in negative x direction all the way back to the other edge of the inlet region. (see illustration in attached picture)

i can define translational movement in one direction, but is there a way to say fluent to move the object back.

any ideas how to tackle the problem??

thank you
