Hi everyone,
I am trying to analyze a car. Of course half of the car, which is divided longitudinally

Lets say reported drag force is 100N. Here is the question...

This force is for:
a. half of the car (total drag force is 100x2=200 N)
b. entire car (total drag force is 100N)

I really need an urgent exact answer for this question. If the answer is "a." then I am in trouble, if the answer is "b." i will be very happy

thanks in advance

-mAx- will become famous soon enough
a --> the computed force is the one for the half of your car
But don't forget to apply the symmetry BC, and check if you are well defined your Inlet BC according to the symmetry. (if you work with flow rate (or velocity), take care to set up the half of the attempted value)
