Default Getting variable values in a interior plane

Hello everybody,

I would like to know if it is possible to get with a udf the diffferent fluid variables in a plane defined in fluent (as an z=const. iso-surface, for example) that is not previously defined in Gambit and then it does not appear in the boundary conditions panel.
