#f error

hi
I am a beginer in cfd softwares.....now i am trying to model a rocket nozzle with some cooling through the rectangular slotted channels on the outer periphery(known as regenerarive cooling) with GAMBIT.......the inside portion of the nozzle is the hot combustion gas continum and the coolent is flowing through the above mantioned rectangular slotted channels.....but when i modelled it in gambit,there appered the message that"there are 64 highly skewed volumes....but cud export the mesh and then i cud import it in FLUENT.it run properly.but once i stopped and saved it as case and data, i cud not open it again......it showed a message."#f error string and this is not a pair...........i tried with different meshes but of no use.....plese help me how cud i rectify this......but it go on iterete if we restar giving the conditions in fluent.interrepting also is not a problem.but cant write it........
