Hi,

I use the VOF model to simulate multiphase flows (one compressible phase and one incompressible phase). The discretization schemes are second order upwind for the momentum, the energy and the density and the HRIC scheme for the volume fraction. SIMPLE algorithm couples the velocity and the pressure.

In the simulations the velocity filed is lower than 100 m/s.

I would like to know the accurateness on the velocity field? How many significant figures (digits) do I have on the velocity filed (1 mm/s)?
