In my simulation results, I found the very high temperature existing at the corner of the model, which can not be practical. I have tried to find the problem region using Adapt-iso value, but it showed nothing. But when displaying the temperature field, the very hight temperatue does exist ! Can anybody tell me why ?

Did you calculate the radiation heat transfer? Can you locate the region with high temperature? Is it the interface between different parts?

Yes, it is the interface between two parts, and at the corner of the two-part connection. Do you think it is due to the mesh problem ?

What meshing tool did you use, gambit or workbench? Did you mesh the two parts together or separately? I think this problem is due to the grids mismatch on the two sides of interface.

I use Gambit. Yes, I mesh the two parts seperatly, and use different grid size. I will check the mesh, this maybe the problem, Thank you very much !!
