boundary layer meshing

Default boundary layer meshing

i made a 3d model ,and i creat a boundary layer ,but i found the boundary layer mesh is only around the faces not inside meshing with 3ds,how do i treat it? when i mesh the volumes,does it will be meshed ?

Check out this thread in the meshing forum about boundary layer meshing. If that doesn't help, maybe post more details about your problem (geometry, screenshots, etc.)
