Simulation of Flow induced vibration on an elastically mounted bluff body in a cross

I am doing my final year B.tech project on Flow induced vibration. I am trying to solve it through Fluent and the flow analysis will be done in 2D only. So when i tried through dynamic mesh in fluent i got error. i.e. the udf program was not interpreted through fluent. I also tried to run it through compled option. Still it didnt work. So has anybody gone through this problem before? Should i try with fluent for flow induced vibration of switch over to Ansys?

If any body has some kind of solution to this problem please help me out!!!
