free surface with naca0012

i am using naca0012 profile for analysis of flow around a 2D hydrofoil. Free stream velocity 0.8 m/s and angle of attack is 5degre. I have created free surface using patch at x= -0.2 to 2 & Y= -0.3 to .21. I have taken the three side as velocity inlet & one as pressure outlet. I am using VOF method, & K-eipsilon model. I have considered as hydrofoil as wall. Now when i am setting with on of the inlet velocity as 0.8 m/s, i am expecting a wave at the free surface. But the wave pattern does not come. I am struggling with it about 6month. Please help me.............i need help urgently..........so urgent
