How to simulate an explosion in a tube?
 

I want to simulate an explosion (also premixed combustion) in a tube. But I am a freshman of FLUENT and can solve some easy cases.:(
I hope you can help me step by step from modeling in Gambit to solving in Fluent.
My FLUENT version FLUENT 6.1.22 and Gambit 2.2.30
