How to active v2f in anasys/Fluent 12.0

Hi, ANASYS/FULENT 12.0 version is installed in my computer. I had computed a case in Fluent 6.3.26 with v2f model. But now, when I import this case into new version 12.0, some error is happened|
So how to fix the problem? |

frist when I open the new version, I type the command as like I input it in old version. then it told me v2f is available. But now when I file/import/case/data, some error is happed...
