Slug Flow in channel

Dear All
I am trying to model the Slug Flow in rectangular channel by 2D simulation. The dimentions are length=8000mm and height=100mm. The grid consists of 100000 quadrilateral elements. There is some problem in convergence of continuity equation.

Major properties of model are:
-2d,vof,Standard k-omega,pressure based
-distinct velocity inlet for air and water, pressure outlet for outlet
-equ:flow,volume fraction,turbulence
-pressure velocity coupling=PISO
-descretization Scheme:pressure-presto,momentum=quick and for other equations=second order

both of phase are incomperssible. Lower 50% of channel is filled by water and upper 50% section is full of water. The enterance velocity of water=2m/s and enterance velocity of air=10m/s.
I know the main reason of problem is intial condition. but unfortunately,I cant find the appropriate IC for this turbulence model.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Have you tried with k-epsilon?? to knlow if the problem is the turbulence model.

Hi figd84
thanks for your suggestion but I tried k-e befor and I have same problem again.
