Excuse me for repeating. Does somebody know good experimental publication about gas cooling with water spray? I am very interesting in experiment data in steady state condition, when mass flow spray/gas relation less then one and 10-100% of water evaporate. I tried to find something in available journals (only 5 last years )before I wrote this question. I know the Benchmarks of flames (from TNF workshop) and unsteady benchmark for water spray (SARNET Spray Benchmark), but I have not fond a steady state water spray evaporation experiment with Tgas>100 °C.

Have somebody made verification of spray model constants for water in Fluent?
