contour plot can only be generated on a surface or plane
So you have to create prior your plane or surface

But you have to pay for them
What do you want exactly to plot?

create isosurfaces computed from velocity magnitude (choose a low value characteristic from the vortex)
Maybe other users can correct me if I am wrong or if they have another tipp to reach what you want.
