What is "Resolved Reynolds Stress" for LES model in Fluent?

I am doing LES in Fluent and I want to compare to the Reynolds shear stress plots in a paper. In the manual, for LES model I can only find "Resolved Reynolds Stress", but I can NOT find details about its definition.

For example, "Resolved UV Reynolds Stress", How does Fluent compute it?

The paper does NOT detail how they got the Reynolds shear stress. They also used LES. Can anyone tell me generally how they compute it?

Any suggestion will be appreciated! Thanks in advance!
