I am a beginner in using CFD FLUENT. May somebody tell me what are the basic requirements of the CPU to support this modeling tool?Or, in order to run this modeling tool smoothly, what are the required specification of the CPU?

It depends on your fluent version!! Fluent 6.2.16 can run in Pentium 3. But For run smoothly, i think it well need Core 2 Duo or higher.
