Hi,

I want to know how to input a pressure gradient in Fluent.

I have a straight horizontal rectangular minichannel and need a pressure gradient of 1500 Pa across the channel.

Is the pressure gradient calculated as the pressure at outlet (suppose 1800 Pa) minus pressure at the inlet (suppose 300 Pa)? Or how is it calculated?

Thanks!

I think you mean pressure difference across the channel to drive the flow.
Yes, it is the pressure at inlet (1800) minus the pressure at outlet (300).
