large fluctuation in residuals
 

hi i am running a 2D aerofoil simulation, with injection blowing at leading edge and the solution refuse to converge even after 200 000 iterations.

there are large fluctuation in the residuals, and the lift n drag coefficient are too high.

i ran over a few AoA, and there seem to be no stalling even at 20degrees.

is there something wrong with my mesh?
