problem with skewness

I have to hold cfd analysis with extracted geometry.
geometry is extracted and surface mesh is created under Mimics, then the volume mesh is generated under gridgen.
Under Mimics, the coefficient of skewness (i mean for the triangles' angles) is over 0.4, which mean under 0.6 for fluent (under mimics, skewness is equal to 1-(skewness coefficient under fluent)). under Gridgen, when I generate the mesh, I set the maximum skewness at 0.7.
thing is, under fluent, when I check the case, it says that skewness exceed 0.98 for some elements.
Is it normal?
Is there anyway to fix that?

anybody knows if I should use the SIMPLEC algorithm with a skewness correction, and in the case, for 22 cells exceeding 0.98 for the skewness, should I set 22 for the skewness correction?
