i am a beginner in using fluent so i have 2 questions which may seem easy but i dont know how to do it so if anybody could help i will be so grateful

1- how to determine my flow regime in VOF whether its annular stratified or any type of flow

2-when plotting the contour plot its written at the bottom time=0 so how to plot at anytime of the simulation
