0906536m is on a distinguished road
Hello there,
I am trying to simulate flow of a fluid through a vertical pipe. The fluid properties depend on pressure. The inlet of the pipe is a velocity inlet with a pressure of 0Pa. The outlet is a pressure outlet at 80Pa. I am wondering why I do not get a linear pressure gradient along the pipe as pressure should increase gradually as you travel down the pipe. Instead on plotting pressure contours I get results that the whole pipe is at 0Pa apart from the very outlet boundary. Could anybody explain why this is?
Thankyou
