how to apply cauchy type boundary condition in fluent

The velocity and turbulence boundary conditions are treated as the moving wall and its moving velocity is 0.00144 m/s; in terms of the thermal boundary condition, the secondary cooling boundary is divided into two zones, that is, the impingement zone and the streaming zone. They are also Cauchy-type boundary condition and their heat transfer coefficients are shown in Fig. 4. In addition, the environment temperature is given as 293 K.
