farbflash_ is on a distinguished road
Hello all,

currently I'am simulating the combining flow through a t-junction, where the region of the combining inlets are most interesting. Therefore i created a cell-region (Domain > Adapt > Manage > New > Cell Registers > New > Region) and separated cell zones within a box from there (Zones > Separate > Cells (Option: Region) > Separate.

Then i deactivate the not needed cell zone.
But if I export the needed data with calculation-activities -> automatic export I always get the data from the whole t-junction and not only from the little defined box.

Using an interpolate-file is no solution for me as I need the ASCII-export for further calculations.

Any advices how I can fix this?

Thank you very much!
