Is Fluent applicable to simulate velocity distribution under low pressure (~100pa)?
Hello, everyone. I'm new to Fluent. Recently, I'm planning to simulate the velocity distribution in a chamber which is operated at low pressure (10-100 pa)? I was wondering if Fluent is suitable for such a case. If the answer is yes, is there anything I should pay attention to (like the mode selection or the setting of some important parameters)? I really need some help on this case. Thanks in advance for anyone who can provide me some advice.
PS. The ratio of mean free path to the diameter of the chamber is about 1-10.
