Effect of wall y+ on skin friction
 

Hi,

For better understandment off the effect of my grid spacing, does anybody know of a study on the effect of wall y+ on skin friction? Perhaps for a simple case like a flat plate?

The study http://www.grc.nasa.gov/WWW/wind/val.../fpturb01.html shows a dramatic effect, however I don't think they use a wall function (standard nore enhanced).
