Please tell me what does bounding box minimum, centroid and bounding box maximum means and what does negetive of them means in 3d.
for example centroid: (-6.5, 11.258330, -14.842105) Bounding Box Min: (-17.50,0.25,-60) Bounding box Max4.5, 22.25, 0) Thank you very much Mohsin |

I am not sure, but I assume it is referenced to a box.
Centroid is the center point of this box Bounding Box min is one extremity of the box --> (its coordinate are [min x, min y , min z] ) Bounding Box max is the other extremity of the box, diagonal passing through Bounding box min and centroid --> (its coordinate are [max x, max y , max z] )

Thats what i also read somewhere but relative to my geometry it was difficult to interprete that which is a box etc.
Can u tell me is there any way by which i can get the dimension of the geometry. for example i have different small tubes in the geometry but i forgot their dimensions. When i clik on summarize it gives me information like centroid and bounding box...What to do? |

The bounding box is in fact the minimal box in which your geometry can be included.
You can create it, you will understand. For the dimensions, you can summarize some edges, it will give you the length. For instance, you can know your diameter by doing followings: *split your circle with to vertex (opposite regards from diameter) *create the edge with the 2 vertex *summarize it, and you have your diameter Sure it is not comfortable... but gambit isn't a cad soft
