excuseme my english is very poor

i have to simulate a fluid aroun cilinder, it's basic but i got a problem with the mesh, i can't make a regular mesh, i use refinement and mapped but in this last a "less (-)" sign appear when the mesh finish. maybe i'm wrong in the geometry, i wanna make a more refined mesh at the end of the cilinder. i attach a picture with the wrong model. can anybody helpme to make a good mesh?

sorry but i´m a rookie user fluent.
thanks
