Laminar flow and roughness in fluent??

Hi all I was just wondering if its possible to model roughness with a laminar flow. I have managed to model roughness with a turbulent flow by using the k-epsilon model and setting the near wall treatment as standard wall functions. This has meant that I could define the roughness in the wall boundary conditions.

I was wondering if you could do the same with a laminar flow? If i select the laminar model I cannot define the momentum wall boundary conditions. Can I use the k-epsilon model and have a laminar reynolds number? will it yield the correct results or would they be wrong?

thank you!
