Turbulent viscosity message with rotating blade simulation

Hi,

I'm trying to simulate a rotating blade (hovering helicopter with two rotors) with the density based solver, standard k-epsilon model and air ideal gas (sutherland viscosity). But no matter what I try I'm always getting the message "turbulent viscosity limited to viscosity ratio of 1.000000e+005 in __ cells" after each iteration. Every attempt I've made at simulating this flowfield shows divergent residuals (except the k and epsilon residuals).

The domain is a half cylinder with the periodic boundary condition on the plane that is through the centre of the cylinder. By simulating half the cylinder with a single rotor in it saves mesh size.

Can anyone suggest what to do to get this working? I've worked through tutorials 8 & 9, but like all most tutorials failure always occurs for any slightly different non-tutorial simulation.

Thanks.
