problem with temperature field in modeling evaporation with fluent

Hi everybody

I'm currently involved in a two-phase flow modeling of water and vapor through risers in a HRSG including evaporation.
The evaporation udf works in an awkwark manner, and also I have serious problems with the temperature field. all the walls are at convection boundary conditions exposed to a gas flow of 840K and h=10 W/m2K, but in the middle of temperature field, temperature suddenly drops to a lower temperature (more than 200K temp drop!).
it will be appreciated if someon helps me.
