triple contact line in Fluent

Hi dear colleagues,
i want to know how does Fluent resolves the triple contact line singularity.

Lets say we have a tank that we are filling with liquid. So, the liquid interface is moving upward, as liquid is entering the tank. The gas velocity at the wall=0, like the liquid velocity at the wall. So how does the interafce moves at the point of contact with the wall????

I know that home-made codes using special treatement for this, but what about commercial codes like Fluent??

Thanks a lot
Regards
