Can fluent predict temperature in Entrance region(Tube)

1 Attachment(s)
Dear all
I am studying a laminar flow in tube with constant wall heat flux.
I compute heat transfer coefficient(htc) with this step:
1)in xy plot i write wall temperature.
2)i opened the file with excel and compute bulk temperature and heat transfer coefficient with this equation.(attached file)
3)in excel i compute h with:
h=q/(T(w)-T(b)
with this way i compute htc.is it right to do that?
when i cheked my result(i mean htc) with article(experimental) in Entrance region it has 40%error!!!!, but when flow become developed thermally and hydrodynamic it has 1% error.
is any body has encountered with this problem before?
How can i get true answer in Entrance region?
Can fluent predict wall temperature in Entrance region?
by the way i got mesh converged(156000node).
Thanks
