Hi all,

I am running a steady flow simulation through an NGV blade row. I'm using the pressure-inlet and pressure-outlet BCs. I expected the inlet velocity to be on the order of 120 m/s (M=0.3), and when I initialize the flow the initial value says 120 m/s. However, the converged solution gives a velocity on the order of 70-80 m/s. My understanding is that if the inlet flow is subsonic, the inlet velocity is computed via isentropic relationships, but I don't understand why the final velocity would drop so significantly.
