Hi, I am simulation an oscillating airfoil, 2D problem. I have used dynamic mesh and UDF for the oscillating motion. The mesh around the airfoil undergoes a rigid body motion, the boundary is interfaced with an outer stationary domain. I want to know if the acceleration of the sliding domain has been taken into account in the momentum equation by addition terms - coriolis and centripetal acceleration terms. Or should I activate moving reference frame in the BCs?
