Open Channel Flow Error

Hi,
I am trying to simulate an open channel flow above a cylinder at a speed of 0.001 m/s. The height of water above the cylinder top is 6 mm. I am getting the errors as attached with. Please advise. The method is Implicit with PISO as the solver Thanks, Anup Error.jpg error 2.jpg |

Can some one please advise on what needs to be done. I tried reducing the time step as well as the under relaxation factors, but still again the same error pops up!!
