Transition kappa omega turbulence model

Hi there,

I used the Fluent version 6.2.2.3 under Solaris. Now I am faced with Fluent 12 under Windows. I found a model which is able to predict transitional effects based on the kappa omega two equation model.
I do have two questions.
-Are the grid requirements the same as for other low Reynolds number models?
-Should I use the default values F_length, Re_thetac, and Re_thetat.

I would like to predict free jet (impingement).

Any help would be much appreciated.

Sincerely

Mannobot
