Anirudh_Deodhar is on a distinguished road
hi all

I am working on 2-D axisymmetric air bubble from an underwater orifice in a tank. Water is in quiscent condition and air supply to the orifice is at constant velocity. I am using Volume of Fluid (VOF) formulation in Fluent...but my simulation works well only for a uniform grid...with non-uniform grid it happens to develope some impractical neck lengths for the bubble...

any suggestions? any possible reasons?
Does VOF work well for non-uniform grids?

thanks
Anirudh
