Maximum Cell Skewness

I'm a freshman in using Fluent to solve Dynamic Mesh related problems.

I don't understand the concept of Maximum Cell Skewness
which in fact I don't know about skewness of the mesh:confused:.

Could anyone give an explicit explanation of skewness of the mesh:o?

Also, in my opinon, Minimum Length Scale and Maximum Length Scale
are effective in the Passive Zones, where Remeshing may take place, but not in the Dynamic Zones, where the mesh won't change.

Is that so? I'm expecting your answers:).
